Overview

Asset-Map Platform has impactful tools that can enhance your conversation around a deceased client's assets and beneficiaries, including

  • Beneficiary checklist

  • Drafts

  • Layouts

  • Legal Instruments

Beneficiary Checklist

The support resource about the Beneficiary Checklist is located πŸ‘‰ here.

The Beneficiary Checklist helps focus the conversation of inheritance and estate planning. By selecting the member on the member bar at the top of the Beneficiary Checklist page, the table will display financials that have been assigned or remain unassigned. This checklist can be electronically generated.

This table can also be represented as a visualization using the visualization tool.

Drafts

The support resource about Drafts is located πŸ‘‰ here.

Develop inheritance scenarios by reallocating existing assets before your meeting using drafts. Leverage the Draft Notes feature to delineate estate transfer plans. Present the Draft on the Asset-Map During an interactive session with clients, illustrate the flow of decedent assets and their corresponding dollar values. Conduct a walk-through with the client to demonstrate the fate of their assets. Of course, don't restrict yourself to one scenario. Make multiple Drafts illustrating multiple scenarios if it makes sense!

Layouts

The support resource about Layouts is located πŸ‘‰ here. By focusing on just the deceased member's financials, having a conversation with the survivor may provide a clearer understanding.

Legal Instruments

The support resource about Layouts is located πŸ‘‰ here.

Ensure the clients have all of their estate paperwork in order by cataloging legal instrument information.
