Reopen a Closed or Expired link?
Once closed due to security timeout or completed, a household's Discovery link cannot be re-opened for completing interviews or updating maps.

Resend a Household's Interview Link?
A household's interview link can be resent to the client by the advisor if the client has not completed the link or if the link has not reached its 14 day expiration date.
Use the Send Discovery arrow icon on the client's Discovery table entry to copy the link to send to the client. The 14-day expiration date remains in effect. The client will continue the Discovery Interview where they left off.
Can Clients View their Asset-Maps?
The current options for client viewing is as follows:
Invite a client to set up a log-in to view their Asset-Map. Please see Client Portal FAQ.
Send the client a copy of their map using email or mail
Post their Asset-Map to their Black Diamond timeline
Store their map in a vault accessible to them through a third party portal
Store their map in one of our integration partners file storage solutions. This may provide the advisor a secure, compliant method for sharing the map with their client. Please check with your compliance requirements.
