Professional and Elite subscribers have the ability to share electronically generated reports with their clients on their client's portal. Please note that Professional subscription Report history lasts for 30 days from first generating the report. The report becomes deactive for the client portal after that time. Establish Client Portal Log-in
First, generate and send a Client Portal link to your client to set up their portal log-in. For the ability to share PDF reports, ensure the permission set is set to All Available (which includes Shared Reports View).
*Important note: the client must have completed their Client Portal log-in before report sharing can be completed.
Generate Electronic Report
Next, generate a client facing report from the household's Reports Center. No need to download the electronic version onto your computer.
Share Report
Assuming the advisor has generated a report and the client has set up their client portal access, click the History tab in the household's Reports Center to activate the desired report. Click the sharing icon (curved arrow) and the associated confirmation box.
The confirmation box lists the time and date the report was shared by the advisor.
Client View
Upon next log-in, the Client will see the shared report available to them on their Reports page.
