This setting is not universally available. Its availability is contingent on your compliance requirements. If this page is not available, it indicates that your organization has limited its availability. Report Availability Decided on the Team Settings Page
Customize the reports available to advisors on the account by accessing the Team Settings page, Client Portal tab. Access the Team Settings page by clicking the advisor likeness in the upper right area and select Team Settings. From the list of reports, select or deselect the reports that the Team Manager permits for the advisors on the account. Click "Update" to save your settings. This adjustment applies to the entire account.
Customize Client Portal Report Permissions on the User Preferences Page
Client portal permissions are intended to show the client the report(s) that the advisor wishes for them to view. Our default permissions consist of the following:
Asset-Map Report: View Only (client is only permitted to view Asset-Map)
All Available: View Only (clients is permitted to view all of the other reports made available within the system)
Asset-Map Report: Suggesting (client is permitted to suggest changes to their Asset-Map) ππΌ Here is a resource about Suggesting mode.
Advisors can expand the current list of permissions by creating custom permissions.
Enter into User Preferences. (Also accessed by clicking the Client Portal panel action menu on the Household Summary page.)
Click Client Portal.
Click "Create New".
Enter a relevant name for the new permission set.
Click the desired pages client's are permitted to view.
Press "Create" at the bottom of the interface window.
Please note: If "Suggesting" is selected as part of a larger group of additional reports, the client will only see Suggesting mode.
Using the Custom Portal Permissions
Assign the custom portal permission from the portal permissions interface.
Open a household
Click on a member
Click the Client Portal tab (Sidebar) or the Client Portal Share icon (curved arrow on the modal window)
Select the desired permission set
If desired, user Preview mode to view what the client will see
Generate the link and email it to the client
Changing Permissions
Permissions may be changed in the same way. Generate a new link and send it to the client. When they log in (they will see an option "Already have account"), they will see the new permissions take effect.
