Access User Preferences
From the platform menu select User Preferences
User Settings Page
Contact Information | Advisor information, including name, suffix, address, phone, website, and more (some of which appears on the cover page of a report). |
Profile Picture | Please select an image that is 2MB maximum size and of JPG or PNG image type. |

Password Change | Change your password |
Multi-factor Authentication | Set up MFA on devices for secure Asset-Map login. |
Trusted Devices | Check the devices that have logged into your account. |
Client Portal Page
Set the client portal pages available to team advisors to assign to their clients to view. This view is assigned to the Team Manager but may not be available to all subscribers, depending on their organization's policies.
