How to set up your profile

Access User Preferences

From the platform menu select User Preferences

User Settings Page

Contact Information

Advisor information, including name, suffix, address, phone, website, and more (some of which appears on the cover page of a report).

Profile Picture

Please select an image that is 2MB maximum size and of JPG or PNG image type.

Application Settings
(These apply to all households.)

  • Household Avatar Subtitle is the Age/Date of Birth settings. The availability of this choice is dependent upon your Broker Dealer.

  • Default Country, Currently, Date/Time format

  • Asset-Map Report Print Orientation. Auto (platform), Portrait, Landscape. Note: high vertical quantities of financials will print in portrait, despite landscape being the default option due to page size limitations.

  • Default Household Start Page: set this to the Summary page (default) or the Household's Asset-Map page.

Grant Support access when asked by the Asset-Map Support team to assist with troubleshooting.

Manage Deleted Household

Restore deleted households within 30 days of deletion.

Notifications

Adjust the bell icon and email notifications for system communications like Discovery, Client Portal, and sub-advisor assignment.

Set up MFA on devices for secure Asset-Map login.

Trusted Devices

Check the devices that have logged into your account.

Client Portal Page

Set the client portal pages available to team advisors to assign to their clients to view. This view is assigned to the Team Manager but may not be available to all subscribers, depending on their organization's policies.
