The Cover Page is the first page of an Asset-Map client report. It is generated from the household's Reports center. It can be generated separately or as part of a multi-page report. It includes the following items:

  • Company logo (edited on the Team Settings page)

  • Household Name and Month/Year of Report generation (specific date is not available due to compliance concerns)

  • Lead Advisor information

    • Name (edited on the User Preferences page)

    • Suffix (edited on the User Preferences page)

    • Title (edited on the User Preferences page)

    • Company name (edited on the Team Settings page)

    • Street address (edited on the User Preferences page)

    • Email address (edited on the User Preferences page)

    • Website address (edited on the User Preferences page)

A phone number field is not available. If you complete the phone number field in your User Preferences it will be displayed in your client's Client Portal but not on the cover page.

Disclosure Page

The Disclosure Page is the last page of an Asset-Map client report. It is generated from the household's Reports Center page. It can be generated separately or as part of a multi-page report. It includes the following items:

  • Reduced company logo image (taken from Team Settings page)

  • Internal Use Only if generated apart from a Comprehensive report. Check with your compliance department regarding Internal Use Only

  • Household Name - Month and Year generated

  • Lead Advisor name and suffixes (taken from User Preferences page)

Disclosure Statement

It is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure the Disclosure text is compliant with their organization. Asset-Map provides text that may meet those needs. The text is edited on the Team Settings page. If the advisor belongs to a larger organization the disclosure statement might be preset and uneditable.
