The household details/information page allows you to view, edit and manage information about the household as well as manage connections to integrations and client portal. The information maintained in this section is tracked in your household index and is searchable.
Access
Access the Household Details/Information page by clicking the Household's name to open the Household Summary page. Click the Edit link next to the household name to access the Household Details/Information page.
Household Details/Information Page
Change or edit the following items:
Household Status (Client, Prospective, Sample, Stencil)
Household Description field: Enter in notes about the household here. Use the format icons to add links or apply formatting. Note: The Description field will hold information of the household's creation from Discovery Interview as well as Additional Requests the client entered on the final page of the online questionnaire.
Name, Address, Phone number
Set to Private so only the Lead Advisor can view this household.
Edit Household Name and Contact Information
Use the Household Name field to label the household so that it is searchable in your household index. Tip: if the household is a stencil or sample put stencil or sample in the name. Manage the client's status using this page by changing Prospective (one that is a prospect and does not yet purchase services from you) to Client (one that does purchase services from you).
Recover Deleted Items
Search for household Members or Financials that have been deleted from the Household within the past 30 days. Click the Deleted Items tab then either Members or Finanacials to select which items to restore back onto the map.
Investor Profile
Edit investment experience, priorities and risk sensitivities. This is an optional report created from the household's Reports page.
Linked Integrations
Select Import from integration, select Import to member, click "import" to import accounts onto the specific member in the household.
Delete/Restore Household
Click the Delete Houehold button to remove the household from your household index and make it unavailable to anyone the household is shared with.
Note: only the Lead Advisor can delete their households. Subadvisors and Delegates cannot delete households. A Subadvisor will disconnect their association with the household if they delete the household. It will no longer appear in the Subadvisor's Household Index.
A deleted household can be restored if the option is available for the advisor on the User Preferences page found by clicking the advisor icon in the upper right area.
