Two important settings are available that help to define which reports a client can be offered on their Client Portal.
First, Team Managers can limit report availability.
Next, the advisor can mix and match available reports to customize a permission set.
Please note: This setting is not universally accessible. Its availability depends on your compliance requirements and firm's settings. If you cannot access this page, it means your organization has restricted its availability.
Report Availability
Customize the reports available to advisors:
Access the Team Settings page by clicking the advisor likeness in the upper right area and select Team Settings.
Click the Client Portal tab.
Select or deselect the reports that the Team Manager permits for the advisors on the account.
Click "Update" to save your settings. This adjustment applies to the entire account.
Advisor Customizes Permission Sets
Client portal permission sets are intended to show the client the report(s) that the advisor wishes for them to view from the reports made available to them by their Team Managers.
Enter into User Preferences. (Also accessed by clicking the Client Portal panel action menu on the Household Summary page.)
Click Client Portal.
Click "Create New".

Click the desired pages that client's are permitted to view.
Press "Create" at the bottom of the interface window.
Please note: If "Suggesting" is selected as part of a larger group of additional reports, the client will only see Suggesting mode. Suggesting mode cannot be combined with other reports. Learn more details about Suggesting mode: Click Here.
