My client (or prospect) has finished the online interview, or the interview has timed out. Now what?

How?

⏲️ How long does it take?*

✅ Convert a completed or closed Discovery interview into a Household.

Press "+" (create household icon) on the Discovery admin page adjacent to the completed interview.

Under a minute.

✅ Open and assess the Discovery client data entry report. Decide to save the report for future reference.

  • Click the page icon adjacent to the completed interview.

  • Did they type any special requests in the "Client Comments" field, which is at the bottom of the report?

Two minutes.

✅ Open and assess the Asset-Map Report.

Up to half an hour.

✅Invite the client to view their map on their Client Portal, or send them a copy of their map (email a PDF or mail them a hard copy following your compliance department's requirements) asking for changes needed prior to your meeting with them.

Two minutes.

✅ Schedule the client meeting.
