Ages are important in both the client's Asset-Map and for running Target-Map planning scenarios. Age/Birthday is a required field. There are a few options available regarding entering a member's age. You can designate a specific date or just their age in the Date of Birth or Age field. Here's how:
From the Relationships page, click on the desired member's name. Or, from the Asset-Map page, click their avatar in the middle of the page.
This opens the information pages that allow you to change the age or birthday. The exception to this is when the field is locked by an integration. If this is the case, change the age within the integration then sync with Asset-Map
Estimated and Exact Options
If known, enter the birthday in the "Date of Birth or Age" field. Uncheck "Date of Birth is Estimated." If not known, enter an age in that field and check the box.
Estimated ages are designated with the letter "e". Once you have an accurate birthdate, enter the date and uncheck the estimated box. This removes the "e" from all locations.
Display Options of Date of Birth and Age
Those with Team Manager authorization access have the ability to change how to display the age of the Member under their avatar. Click to access your "Team Settings" page found under your likeness in the upper right area. Next click "Account Settings" to adjust age display options.
