The Search and Select Tool provides the user the capability to perform select operations on multiple financials simultaneously on the Asset-Map page and Financials page. The keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+S expands and retracts when the Sidebar is not open as well.
Those operations are:
Search for Financials by Reference Name and Source/Insurance provider/Location fields. Found financials will be highlighted on the Asset-Map and Financial pages.
Delete multiple financials.
Clone multiple financials.
Hide multiple financials.
Unhide multiple financials.
Clear the selections.
Clicking the Search & Select icon in the upper right corner activates multi-select mode, allowing you to search for financials or click to select specific items. Selected items will be indicated with a green check icon and blue shading. After making your selections, click the desired action on the toolbar to apply it to the chosen items.
