The Search and Select Tool (keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+S) provides the user the capability to perform select operations on multiple financials simultaneously on the Asset-Map page and Financials page. Those operations are:
Search for Financials by Reference Name and Source/Insurance provider/Location fields. Found financials will be highlighted on the Asset-Map and Financial pages.
Delete multiple financials.
Clone multiple financials.
Hide multiple financials.
Unhide multiple financials.
Clear the selections.
Clicking the multi-select icon in the upper right area places the screen in a multi-select mode where financials can be searched or individual financials can be clicked and selected (green check icon appears as well as blue shading) to perform the desired operation.
