Overview
You can force the orientation of the Asset-Map Report page using a global setting in User Preferences.
Procedure for Default Setting
Select User Preferences from the platform menu found under the advisor likeness in the upper right area.
Scroll to the Application Settings section.
Select the preferred orientation setting:
Default (portrait)
Landscape
Portrait
Press Update to save your preference
This will affect the PDF creation of the Asset-Map Report page only, and will apply to each household in your Household Index. No other report page is affected by this setting. The system will attempt to fit all the tiles on the Asset-Map in the desired orientation. If there are too many tiles the system will produce a PDF with no map content.
Page Orientation Override
You can set a point-of-creation preference on the Household's Reports Center that overrides your default orientation setting.
Click the Orientation drop menu on the household's Reports page prior to generating the report. This will last for the current session.
