Invite an Advisor
Invite an Advisor to be part of your team. An appropriate number of seat licenses need to be purchased in advance. Reach out to support@asset-map.com to learn more. Follow the steps below to invite an advisor.
The invited advisor will receive an email from Asset-Map Platform inviting them to create a password, their username being the email address. Advisors will have their own Household Index (book of business).
Remove Advisor Access
Team managers may remove an Advisor by unchecking the advisor box on the Members list (under Team Settings), thus recovering an advisor seat license for distribution to someone else. This feature locks out the user preventing them from working within the system. Clicking the Trash Can icon prevents their households from being transferred to another advisor.

Invite and Assign a Delegate
Invite and assign an assistant (delegate) to impersonate the advisor to help manage the book of business. A delegate needs to be assigned to an advisor. An appropriate number of seat licenses need to be purchased in advance. Reach out to support@asset-map.com to learn more. Follow the steps below to invite a delegate.
The invited delegate will receive an email from Asset-Map Platform inviting them to create a password, their username being the email address. A delegate will not have their own Household Index (book of business), but will be presented upon login with the representation of the advisor(s) whom they are delegated for. The Delegate clicks on the persona to log in as that advisor.

Purchasing a Seat License
You can purchase an advisor seat or delegate seat license from within our application. After the purchase has been made you may follow the steps above to complete the setup.
