The Financials page is a listing of instruments found on the Asset-Map. Instruments includes cash flows, assets, liabilities, insurances, and legal. Access the Financials page of the household by clicking "Financials" from the household navigation menu.

The Financials page is divided into four categories:

  • Cash Flows

  • Assets

  • Liabilities

  • Insurance

  • Legal

Here's a list of features found on the Financials page:

  • Right-click on the Financials page to open an actions menu.

  • Clicking "Show Hidden" displays a new column of check boxes to hide or unhide Financials.

  • Use the appropriate button to add a new financial of the type desired. This will represent a tile on the Asset-Map.

  • Create a PDF document of the Financials page by clicking the PDF icon.

  • The columns clearly display the following information:
    - Type of Financial or Legal instrument
    - Status (Current, Expected, or Stencil)
    - Applicable Member name and age
    - Reference name, Owner member, Obligated member, or Insured depending on the type of financial
    - Income source, Location, Lender or Insurance Provider depending on the type of financial
    - Value of the financial
    - Date of data collected
    - If the financial is under the advisor's management (an Under My Management checkbox is found on the Financials' edit window)
    - An Edit icon (pencil) and Delete icon (trash can)

Note: click the name under the "Type" column or the Edit icon to reveal the financials' edit window.

  • A Link icon if the financial is linked to an integration

A Financials report can be generated as part of a comprehensive report or an independent report from the Household Reports page.
