Save and Format Notes

Suggested Uses

  • Make a task list for you, your administrator or your client

  • Type your notes about the element (member, entity, financial, legal, Target-Map)

  • Place reminders for yourself

  • Add relevant questions to Stencil tiles and have them apply each time you apply that Stencil

How to Save a Note

  1. Navigate to a Household.

  2. Edit a present tile or add an Asset, Insurance, Cash Flow, Liability, Target-Map, Legal instrument or Member.

  3. Click on the "Notes" tab.

  4. Type your notes in the text box. Format as desired using the tools provided.

  5. Clear notes by clicking the "x" on the format toolbar.

  6. Click "Update" when ready.

Return to the Notes tab on the edit window of an element anytime you wish to view and edit your notes.

Notes Page

You can view and edit all of your notes in one location on the Notes page. Click the Notes icon in the household navigation menu to read, edit, or make an electronic copy of your notes.

Print Notes

  • Use the PDF icon on the Notes page to create an independent electronic version of your notes.

  • Navigate to the Reports page to print your notes as an independent document or as part of a comprehensive report.
