The Target-Map and Reports tabs are gray. Why can I not click them?
A stencil type household does not display Target-Maps nor provides Reports. If you started the household wizard by selecting STENCIL as the type of household or you imported a stencil from the Public Stencil library into your household index, you won't be able to generate a report or run Target-Maps.
To correct this, go to the Household Details page of the Household.
Click the Household name in the Household Index or, if the household is open, click the household's name in the upper left area.
From their summary page, click Edit next to the household name
Select the Client, Prospective or Sample buttons in the Status area and click Save Household.
Please note: this will remove the stencil functionality of the household. Change it back to a stencil type if that is needed.
