Asset-Map is a powerful tool that helps you visualize your client's financial assets. It's a great way to get a comprehensive overview of their financial situation and make informed decisions. Sometimes, you may need to share this information with your client via email. In this case, you can easily generate a PDF of their Asset-Map report and send it to them. Here's how:
Step 1: Open the Reports Center
To email a PDF of your client's Asset-Map report, you first need to generate the report. To do this, log into your account and navigate to the client's profile. Open the Household and click the Reports option on the left-side menu.
Step 2: Choose the Sections to Include
This page allows you to select which sections of the report you want to include in the PDF. You can choose to include all sections or select specific ones.
Step 3: Click on the "Generate PDF" Button
Once you have made your selection, click on the "Generate PDF" button at the bottom of the pop-up window. Click on this button to start the process of creating a PDF of the report.
Step 4: Download and Email the PDF
After clicking on the "Generate PDF" button, the PDF will be generated and provide you with the option to download the report to your computer.
Open your email software, compose your message to the client and attach the PDF to your email. Send the email with any additional instructions like "Let me know if any changes need to be made."
