Let's say you want to make an Asset-Map for yourself and you do not want anyone else to see it - neither a work partner, nor an administrative assistant.

Click the 'Private' checkbox on the Household Details page and click 'Save Household'. 

No delegate will be able to see or search for the household in your Household Index, and they will not be able to view or edit it. Only your log-in will have access to it. If someone else is using your log-in they will be able to view your private household! A sub-advisor will be able to view it if you've shared it with them.
