*Note: The household created by this integration is dependent upon the quality and accuracy of the data entered at the source. Generally, good and accurate data will result in a successful import into Asset-Map Platform.

*Note: Synchronizing Asset-Map and Addepar with different browsers may produce unexpected results such as failing to sync within a browser. Please utilize the same browser.

*Note: Asset-Map does not support chain-linking (importing from one financial tool into a compatible partner into Asset-Map as this involves data feeds that are out of our control.)

Quick Start

Please review this quick video for an overview of this integration.

Import a Household

A contact (or contacts) in Addepar creates a household in Asset-Map. Import contacts directly from the Asset-Map Integrations page and Addepar interface.

Imported information includes:

  • Member information

  • Financial Assets

  • Mortgage Liability

Connect a Member from within a Household

A household with members may already be created within Asset-Map. You can link a member in Asset-Map directly with a contact in Addepar.

Synchronization Options

You can synchronize Addepar information with a household from a number of places within Asset-Map:

  • Right-click (command click) on a blank area of an Asset-Map and select Integrations, then Sync Addepar.

  • From the Household Details / Addepar page, click the sync icon.

  • From the Household Details / Integrations box, click the sync icon associated with Addepar.

Questions, Answers, Troubleshooting

The first step in tracking down an unexpected situation with an integration is to disconnect and reconnect your integration with Addepar. From the Asset-Map Integrations page click the deactivate icon. Then activate the integration once more. Attempt to perform your desired activity again. Please reach out to support@asset-map.com if errors continue.
