When the quantity of financials on an Asset-Map is high, the font size is likely small when a PDF is created. This causes the text on the paper printout to be small as well. Sizing behavior is hard-coded into the system and currently cannot be changed.

The following user suggestions have been helpful to overcome this:

  • Use Layouts to create multiple views of Asset-Maps for a household

    • Support resource: How to use Layouts

    • Isolate on one member of the household and then the other, instead of both simultaneously by clicking their name tag at the top of the map and saving the isolated view as a Layout.

    • Move similar asset types onto a member or legal entity that designates that type. For example: create a member or Entity called "Money Market Funds". Move the 15 money market funds that are crowding the client's map over to the new member. Save that as a Layout. Do the same thing for their CDs and Real Estate Properties.

  • Use larger paper and magnify the map using the Printer's software or the PDF software. Unfortunately, we cannot provide 3rd party software support, but magnifying the printout can help.
