Overview
Maintaining compliance requirements with your firm's compliance-approved language is important in producing acceptable client-facing reports. Use the available disclosure and disclaimer text fields to customize Asset-Map to your requirements. Please note: some firms limit access to these options. Please reach out to your firm's compliance department if you have any questions.
Asset-Map Report Disclosure
The disclosure page is a standalone page of the client-facing Asset-Map report.
Customize Disclosure Text
Click into the Team Settings page - Click your likeness in the upper right area of Asset-Map. Click the Team Settings option from the drop menu.
Replace the provided default text with your own disclosure text by entering your text as plain text and using our formatting tools in the Disclosure text field.
Click the Update button at the bottom of the page to update your information.
Revert to original Asset-Map text
Do you want to revert back to our original text? Click the Use Default Text button to reset the disclosure.
Enter Unformatted Text Only
Text from another source that is copied and pasted will not be accepted unless pasted as plain text or manually typed. Use our formatting tools if formatting is needed.
Asset-Map Report Disclaimer
The disclaimer text is found at the bottom of every Asset-Map page. The disclaimer text often addresses broker-dealer responsibilities and any specific requirements of the advisory firm.
Disclaimer text found within the Asset-Map platform upon first log-in is text provided by Asset-Map as sample text. The same text is found on the electronic report (PDF).

Do you want to revert back to our original text? Click the Use Default Text button to reset the disclosure.

Discovery Disclaimer
The Discover disclaimer is visible on your Discovery Interview web interface for your clients. Any text entered here should be in plain text format and can be styled as needed using our formatting tools available in the text box.

Click into the Team Settings page - Click your likeness in the upper right area of Asset-Map. Click the Team Settings option from the drop menu.
Click the Discovery tab.
Replace the provided default text with your own text by entering your text as plain text and using our formatting tools in the Discovery Disclaimer text field.
Click the Update button at the bottom of the page to update your information.
