*Note: The household created by this integration is dependent upon the quality and accuracy of the data entered at the source. Generally, good and accurate data will result in a successful import into Asset-Map Platform.

*Note: Accessing Asset-Map from multiple browsers could affect integration tokens causing a sync failure error. Please use one browser or disconnect and reconnect the integration from the Integrations page within Asset-Map to refresh the token.

In this video

  • Activate integration and deactivate integration

  • Import a household

  • View member information on the Member's Wealthbox tab

  • Within a household, search Wealthbox, link or unlink Wealthbox contacts

Import Multiple Households

With the text field empty, click the search magnifying glass icon and wait for your client list to appear (this may take minutes). Click Import adjacent to the desired contact names. Importing is complete for the household when View is shown.

Import Client Information

Import client data from Wealthbox into Asset-Map to create an Asset-Map Household. Then apply a group of financial place holders by using Stencils or individual financials to create the client's map.

Note: only member information is imported.

There are two levels of import:

  • Import a household (see video above)

  • Or, within a household, connect a member to a Wealthbox contact (about 1'11' mark in the video). From within an Asset-Map household, migrate to the Wealthbox integration page. Search for a client name. Connect them to a current member or make a new member using the drop-down menu.

Next steps could include:

  • Apply a stencil (like the Integrations Stencil) and complete what you know

  • Add Financials manually instead

  • Or connect another integration to the household that imports account data

Suggested Workflow

Wealthbox enables you the ability to create and manage your practice with workflows and processes. Wealthbox provides workflow templates. An example template of a process could include:

  1. Send a client a new onboarding package

  2. Measure risk tolerance

  3. Follow up with client to sign forms

Add Wealthbox "outcomes", which is "if-then" logic, to fire off automatically to take next logical steps. One of the process tasks could be to import the contact into Asset-Map. Or, if the client has completed Asset-Map's Discovery, and they've created their own Asset-Map first, the next step could be to link the household member to a Wealthbox contact.

Finally, link other integrations to import holdings or risk scores, depending on what other integrations partners you have subscribed to.

Synchronization Options

Sync from the Actions menu, the right-click (alt click) menu, and the financial or member info/edit window.
