Creating an Asset-Map and associated Household with an Integration is matter of clicking a few options, searching for the household in the integration partner, and importing into Asset-Map.
Note: integrations starting from within Asset-Map behave in the manner outlined below. Integrations starting from within the partner would follow steps outlined by the partner, found on their support website.
First, click "Add Household" then "Get Started" on the Integrations icon.
Click the desired connected partner icon.
If the integration is not available, select Manage Integrations to activate the desired integration partner.
Then select "Add Household" then "Get Started" on the Integrations icon.
Click the desired connected partner icon.
Type the household name into the Search field and click the search icon or hit Enter on your keyboard.
If the name is found, select "import" then "view" to see the Asset-Map.
Note: Accessing Asset-Map from multiple browsers could affect integration tokens causing a sync failure error. Please use one browser or disconnect and reconnect the integration from the Integrations page within Asset-Map to refresh the token.
