The Asset-Map Report visually depicts members and entities with their related financials. For alternate views of the household we recommend creating Layouts in order to view or publish key members or entities in their own Asset-Map.

Creating Layouts

  1. Use the list of household members and entities found above the Asset-Map Report to configure the layout. Clicking a household member's name or entity will reveal or hide them from the Asset-Map. Remember that you can include more than two members.

  2. Once you have the layout you wish to save, click the Actions Menu (or Right-Click/Alt-Click on the map) and select Layouts.

  3. Select Save Current Layout, name your Layout and click Save.

Use Layouts in Presentations

Since Asset-Map is a visually engaging tool for remote meetings or live presentations, use the advantage of switching between Layouts on the fly. Right-click/Alt-Click the map, select the Layout menu option and click the Layouts drop-down menu to select an existing option as you discuss each member's situation.

Deleting Layouts

Previously created Layouts can be deleted from the Layouts interface. Click the Trash Can icon next to the desired Layout to remove.

Generate PDFs

Layouts can be included as part of a Comprehensive report from the Reports page. Check off the added Layouts as desired before clicking the Generate Comprehensive Report button.

Place your layout in a preferred order by including a number at the beginning of the name. For example:
โ€‹
Default
1 Children
2 Trusts
3 Employees
