Overview
The Policy Summary report neatly pulls together the entire "chassis of contracts" protecting a household—aggregating life, disability, long-term care, and property/casualty lines into a single pane of glass The Policy Summary page provides a list view of insurance financials that have been cataloged on the Asset-Map. It provides an organized foundation to track details, notice out-of-date information, and verify that their protection matches their actual intent.
Access the Policy Summary page
Move smoothly from the "visual inventory" to the policy list view by selecting Policy Summary from the Summaries drop menu on the left-side navigation menu of a Household.
Policy Summary Page Features
The Policy Summary page is divided into two primary areas.
1. The top selector area
Choose whom to view the policies of from either single, multiple or all members and entities.
Choose the group(s) of policies to see by clicking desired check boxes (Life, Disability, Long-term Care, Property and Casualty, Medical, Other).
2. The policy tables
Life insurance section
Disability insurance section
Long-term Care insurance section
Property and Casualty insurance section
Medical insurance section
Other insurance section
Each table provides details you've documented on the Details page on the insurance financial instruments.
Usage
Adjust members to view: To adjust the view of the members and types of insurances visible, click the name tags at the top of the screen.
Display policy categories: You can also show or hide the various policy tables by checking or unchecking the desired table.
Edit financial: Click the Reference name to open the financial's edit window. Make changes and click Update to save your changes.
Electronic Report:
To produce an independent electronic copy of the Policy Summary, click the PDF icon in the upper right area.
Note: the Medical and Other insurance sections will not be included on the PDF. |

To include the Policy Summary in a comprehensive report, select the check box on the Reports page associated with the Policy Summary. There are more options for creating electronic copies based on member and entities on the Reports tab.
