Overview

As an advisor, you know the visual Asset-Map is your premier canvas for client engagement. So, think of the Balance Sheet report page as providing a traditional report alongside a modern visual treasure map.

It organizes assets and liabilities in a classic ledger form, giving a structured, scannable summary of the household's total financial condition net of debt repayment.


Access the Balance Sheet Report

Click the Summaries option on the left-hand navigation menu on the Household to access the Balance Sheet report.

  • Retirement assets

  • Non-retirement assets

  • Real estate

  • Liabilities

  • Insurance cash value


Usage

Click the member and entity names at the top of the page to focus on their balances, or select "All" to represent the value of the entire household.

The balance sheet table includes the following columns and rows within each category:

  • Name of the financial tile

  • Location of the financial tile

  • Financial data collected date

  • Value of the financial per member or entity

  • Total value

  • A net worth calculation based on the members and entities selected
