Save and Format Notes, Links, Tasks and Thoughts on Financials, Members and Legal Entities

Suggested Uses

  • Make a task list for you, your administrator or your client

  • Type your questions about the financial or member

  • Place reminders for yourself

  • Add relevant questions to Stencil tiles and have them apply each time you apply that Stencil

How to Save a Note to a Member or Financial

  1. Navigate to a Household.

  2. Edit a present tile or add an Asset, Insurance, Cash Flow, Liability or Member.

  3. Click on the "Notes" tab.

  4. Type your notes in the text box. Format as desired by highlighting the text and using the format and link tools.

Click "Update" (or "Create" if the financial or member is new).

Return to the Notes tab on the edit window of a financial tile or member tile anytime you wish to edit your notes.

Notes Page

You can view all of your financial and member notes (and edit your notes) on the Notes page. Click the Notes icon in the household tools menu to read, edit, or make an electronic copy of your notes.

The Legal entity, Member or Financial name on the left, serve as clickable links to the Notes tab on the edit pages of the tile or persona on the Asset-Map for editing.

Print Notes

  • Use the PDF icon on the Notes page to create an independent electronic version of your notes.

  • Navigate to the Reports page to print your notes as an independent document or as part of a comprehensive report.
