Overview
A Lead Advisor can enlist the help of another advisor who has access to Asset-Map platform.
Subadvisors can provide an additional set of eyes to help assess and find opportunities on the household.
Set up multiple work partners that have other disciplines to team with you to find opportunities.
Adding a Subadvisor lists the household in the Subadvisor's Household Index.
The subadvisor is notified by Asset-Map Platform that they've been added to a household via email and the notification icon (bell) at the top of the platform.
A subadvisor must have access to Asset-Map Platform
The platform provides two points of adding an advisor: the Advisors Pane on the Household Summary page and from the Tools Menu / Actions Menu
Add and Remove an Advisor
The Add Advisor interface provides you:
A means to search for other advisors in your firm;
A means to remove the subadvisor from the household. This also removes the household from the subadvisor's Household Index and prevents further access to the household. Click the trashcan icon and press Save.
Again, be sure to save your choices.
