*Note: Accessing Asset-Map from multiple browsers could affect integration tokens causing a sync failure error. Please use one browser or disconnect and reconnect the integration from the Integrations page within Asset-Map to refresh the token.
*Note: Asset-Map Platform does not support "chain syncing" (linking to Asset-Map after connecting to and updating from other integrations prior to syncing with Asset-Map).

Access
Access the Integrations Management page:
From the Platform Menu click Integrations and access the Integrations Manager page. Then click the "Activate" button on the preferred partner to enter credentials and complete the connection.
From the dashboard, click the integrations option near to bottom of the page.
From the dashboard or house icon, click the Add Household option, then click Manage Integrations
To import a household, either search for the household name in the field provided or click one of the Add Household buttons available while in the platform (house icon or dashboard).
