It is all about the conversation. 

Some advisors keep track of the "important documents" conversation by placing $0 value financials onto a Legal Entity called "Important Documents".  Use the Reference Name fields creatively to describe the documents. Keep track of each conversation topic by changing $0 to $1.
Save the Layout to provide a printable electronic document to use in a client meeting.
