Overview
Contio is an AI-powered tool that acts like a personal assistant for your meetings. When activated, it listens to your conversations, writes down everything that is said, and organizes the most important details so you don't have to.
Instead of staring at a notepad and scribbling while a client talks, you can look them in the eye and focus on the conversation.
This integration allows you to record client meetings directly in your Asset-Map households and get structured, quick summaries and action items after your meetings.
Initial Set Up
Start the Activation: Go to the Integrations page in Asset-Map and click the Activate button inside the Contio box:
2. Enter Your Email: Type in your email address. You can use your existing Contio email to log in or enter a new one to create a FREE account instantly.
3. Verify Your Identity: Check your email for a multi-factor authentication (MFA) code and type it into the sign-in screen:
4. Authorize Permissions: Click Allow to let Asset-Map and Contio securely share information with each other:
5. Confirm Connection: You will be sent back to the Asset-Map Integrations page, where the Contio box will now be marked as Active:
