How do I Delete or Restore (Undelete) a Household?

Delete a Household

Follow the steps below to delete a household from Asset-Map.

Note: Delegates do not have the ability to delete households from Asset-Map.

  1. Navigate to the specific household you wish to delete. If you are in your Household Index, click the Household name.

  2. Click Edit next to the Household's name on the Household's Summary page. 

  3. Click the Delete button on the Household Information page.

Restore a Household

  • Navigate to User Preferences, found by clicking your likeness in the upper right area.

  • Scroll to "Manage Deleted Households" section.

  • Click View Deleted Households. This lists the households deleted within the past 30 days.
    *Note: Elite subscribers have unlimited date to restore a deleted household.

  • Select the Household(s) in the list you wish to restore (undelete)

  • Click Restore Selected
